If writing feels like a chore for you, or if you find you keep putting it off, it may be a relief to let someone else step in and help. We offer three different levels of assistance. If you just need a little coaching to jumpstart your brain, we're happy to sit with you or work over the phone and brainstorm. If you want to write your own text, but need a second set of eyes or an editor to polish your text, we're happy to review your work and suggest changes. If you want to sit back and leave the writing to us, we're happy to interview you to understand your unique way of working and put that into words. Using an AllWebCo, Intuit or iWeb Template If you're feeling stuck when it comes to the technical stuff, we can help put your text and photos into one of our recommended, inexpensive templates from AllWebCo, Intuit (Mac or PC) or iWeb (Mac). We'll help you: Choose a template that you love - that reflects who you are Find and format stock photos if needed, to make your site your own Bring your content into the template Add in all the "optimization" bells and whistles so that search engines place your site closer to the top of search listings Take Advantage of "Off-Site" Optimization Having a website is not enough. We will simplify the process for you, and empower you to use this effective tool by yourself by: Providing you with an understanding of how to write AdWords copy so that people will click and go to your site Bidding on keywords effectively so you're not paying a fortune for nothing Matching your ad campaigns to your web content so that those people clicking are more likely to become clients We'll Come to You Our services are available in person, or via phone or email. We will travel to your home or office, within a 30 mile radius from Oakland, free of charge. We require a minimum of one hour of services to travel to you. Fees Our hourly rate for 2008-2009 is $160, and we charge by the hour, rather than the project. We start every project by doing just 30-minutes of work. This gives our clients a sense of how long a project will take and what it will cost. We find that this empowers clients and puts them in control of their spending. If you are working within a budget, we can also help you prioritize tasks and use our services "surgically." By doing so, you may find it works to do the bulk of the work on your own, and then use our expertise for "polish." We offer a number of classes to help therapists who would like to do the work themselves, and we recommend this avenue for cost savings and to reduce dependency on our services.
