Merchant Services and Money Management Accept Credit Cards Online with PayPal PayPal allows you to accept credit cards online, no need to buy or lease equipment, as long as you have an internet connection. Clients appreciate the convenience. You'll appreciate the added ease in record keeping. Use QuickBooks to Streamline Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Accept Credit Cards Online Quickbooks offers a variety of bookkeeping programs for Mac and PC. Much of the work is automated, saving time and money. You have an overview of your income and spending, so you always have a measure of the health of your business. They provide merchant services directly through the Quickbooks program, so there's no double entry. They even have online versions of their software, so you can access your accounts from any computer - at home or at work.
