Do you want to launch a website that really works to bring in new clients? Have you seen a decline in your caseload and consider advertising online, but don’t know where to start? Good news! You can learn all about advertising in plain English, and while staying true to your integrity and ethics as a clinician (and attract more clients you love in the process). Course Description Most therapists know and accept that in this day and age, online advertising is crucial. Yet, if you don’t know how to go about it, or if you’ve tried and gotten frustrated, stuck or overwhelmed, you may give up prematurely on a wonderful way or reaching the clients you love working with best. If you have a website, bravo! This is a great tool to let potential clients know about the services you offer. But the nicest website won't do you any good unless people see it. In this class, you will learn how Google and other search engines index and rank websites to determine how close they are to the top of search results. When you understand how this works, you will have the tools needed to re-write your text (also called "optimization"), making it more relevant to both search engines AND clients. You will also learn how to use online directories and other online advertising options to attract to your practice the clients you want to see.
